Coming Home!

Ellie and Felicity and Lizzie are coming home! They look great and will be ready to visit soon. They are tiny mites, Felicity is 1 pound and Ellie not even that but they are snuggly and sweet and eating like they intend to grow bigger soon.

Making Beautiful Music

Whole lot of purring going on! Lizzie is smiling and Mr Stripeypants is kissing her. Happiness abounds.

Last night the kittens and I met a beautiful tabby who had been taken away from her kittens. She was painfully engorged and not sure at first that she wanted to take on kittens. Lots of growly grumbling at first and a few hisses but she began licking the kittens and slowly but surely she curled around the new family keeping them safe and warm. I watched for an hour to be sure all was well and got up once in the night to check. She's taking good care of the little orphans and everyone seems to be happy. I'll post pictures soon.
